Shipping Policy:

All orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States & Territories with a flat rate of $8. ALL orders are shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS Ground Advantage. If we are at a convention or event, orders will be shipped the following week.

Pre-Orders Policy: 

Pre-Orders are products that have been ordered, but are NOT yet in stock on the website, and will ship to customers once received. Pre-Orders are typically favored by customers who do not want to try finding products in stores, and would rather attempt to secure the product online.

LIKE WITH ANY RETAILER, WE CANNOT 100% GUARANTEE FULFILLMENT OF PRE-ORDERS.

Estimated arrivals for pre-orders vary, and can be changed, delayed, or canceled at any time due to issues with the manufacturer and/or distribution, which is out of our control. It's not uncommon for some delays & changes to occur.

FULL AMOUNT FOR PRE-ORDER CHARGED UPON PLACEMENT.

PRE-ORDERS CANCELED BY MANUFACTURERS OR DISTRIBUTORS ARE FULLY REFUNDED.

PRE-ORDERS CANCELED BY CUSTOMERS ARE REFUNDED WITH A 10% CANCELLATION FEE.

BY PLACING A PRE-ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS.

Pre-Orders & In Stock Shipments:

By default, we only ship orders once all items are in stock. We encourage separating Pre-Orders & In Stock items if you want to receive in stock items faster. If you have multiple pending Pre-Orders and would like them in one shipment, send us a message and we will consolidate into one shipment and refund shipping.

Condition Policy:

While we are not professional graders, we are also collectors and understand the importance of condition. All of our items are always considered to be at least in good to very good condition. Any items that have significant damage or wear to the packaging are in separate listings and are described as such. 

Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy:

We offer a 30 day return/refund policy on items that have not been opened and are in the same condition they were sent out. (tags, packaging, etc.) Buyer is responsible for return label which will be deducted from refund. 

Any items damaged during transit may be returned for a full refund, or exchanged for another of the originally ordered item. The new item will be shipped once the damaged item is returned. In this instance, we will be responsible for the return label. Photograph proof of damage and return of the original item is required. If the item is out of stock, then a full refund will be issued upon us receiving the returned damaged item.
